Delivery / Returns

Delivery Costs and Times

We use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries and this is based on weight.  If you would like to see the cost of your delivery, please add your items to the basket and you can use the calculator to determine postage costs.

Dispatch times vary for each item.  Please see individual listings.
You will receive notice of your items being dispatched via email.

Estimated times for delivery, after dispatch are:

Royal Mail 24:   1-3 days working days

Royal Mail 48:   2-5 working days

Europe:               3-7 working days

Rest of World       10-14 working days

These are estimated times only, and we cannot guarantee delivery within these timeframes. If you do not receive your item within these timeframes, please contact us so that we can start to resolve. If your items has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately

Delayed, Misrouted or Lost Parcels

Whilst in most instances, things run smoothly.  Occasionally, parcels may take longer and in rare circumstances are lost.  In the first instance, you can use your tracking details form Royal Mail, but we are always on hand to help, and you can contact us here.
If your item is delayed, and is no longer useful to you, please follow the returns procedure below.
If your item is lost, we will replace or if unavailable fully refund your item.

****Please double check your address – we occasionally have issues where customers have entered the incorrect address.  In this case, the items usually are returned to us and we will contact you. In this case we will re-send the item for an additional postage charge.***

Cancelling Orders

We offer a 7 day cooling off period, in which you may cancel your order at no cost to yourself.  Please contact us on [email protected] as soon as possible.  However, this only applies if your items have not yet been dispatched. Once your items have been dispatched, please see ‘Returns’ for how to proceed.

Returns

Goblin Dreams hope you will be happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return* you may do so within a period of 30 days (*with the exception of pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons, and Mystery Boxes). You must contact Goblin Dreams before returning, and we will give you instructions for return. Goblin Dreams are not responsible for return postage (unless item is damaged) and it is advised you obtain proof of postage obtain proof of postage.

Mystery Boxes, due to the nature of the product, do not fall into the returns procedure.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned item
